Terms of Use

By making a taxi reservation via phone dispatch, our website, or online booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and applicable Commercial Passenger Vehicle Victoria (CPVV) regulations.

• Fixed Fare Guarantee: All upfront quotes provided by Rosebud Taxi are fixed and guaranteed provided trip parameters (pickup, dropoff, route, and vehicle type) remain unchanged.
• Booking Fee: A $2 AUD non-refundable booking fee applies to all bookings to cover administrative and dispatch infrastructure.
• Tolls & Surcharges: Applicable road tolls (e.g. Peninsula Link / CityLink) are included in your upfront fixed quote.

Passengers must treat drivers and fleet vehicles with respect:

• Smoking, vaping, and open alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
• Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times in accordance with Victorian road safety laws.
• A cleaning and soilage fee of up to $150 AUD will be charged if a passenger soils, stains, or damages the vehicle interior.

• On-Demand Bookings: Free cancellation before driver dispatch. A $10 AUD fee applies if cancelled after driver is dispatched and en route.
• Advance Bookings: Free cancellation more than 3 hours prior to pickup. A 50% fare fee applies if cancelled within 3 hours.
• No-Show: Full fare charged if passenger is not present at pickup location at scheduled time.
• Advance Window: Bookings accepted up to 90 days in advance.

Rosebud Taxi drivers reserve the right to refuse transport or terminate a trip if a passenger is severely intoxicated, aggressive, abusive, or poses a safety risk to the driver or vehicle.
